摘要
目的从心电图异常改变的角度探讨高血压患者心血管疾病发生情况及应该采取的措施。方法通过对319例高血压患者普查心电图结果进行详细分析。结果发现总的异常心电图检出率为45·77%,异常心电图以T波改变和ST-T段改变、心肌缺血、左室肥厚伴劳损、心律失常为多见,男女患者异常心电图检出率无显著差别,异常心电图检出与年龄呈明显的正相关。结论心电图检查是高血压患者筛查心血管疾病的一个重要手段,对于临床诊断、治疗有很重要的意义。
Objective From the abnomal change of ECG, to explore the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases suffered by the patients with hypertention and corresponding cure measures. Method Through analyzing the results of ECG check-up 319 patients with hypertention. Results The general abnomal check-up rate of electrocardiogram is 45.77%, and the abnomal electrocardiogram is characterized by the change of T-wave and ST-T wave、lack of blood in myocardium、left ventricular hypertrophy and arrhythmia cordis. In addition, there is no abvious difference of the check-up rate of electrocardiogram is in proportion to the age. Conclusion ECG check-up which is an effective way to diagnose the cardiovascular diseases of patients with hypertention can play a very important role in clinic diagnosis and treatment.
