摘要
目的了解第三代IUD(吉妮)在育龄妇女避孕过程中的使用效果。方法对以往使用第一、二代IUD失败者176例采用第三代IUD(吉妮)避孕进行疗效观察、随访。结果术后随访6个月,终止2例,无自然脱落、带器妊娠以及宫外孕发生。结论吉妮环适用于安置第一代、第二代IUD的失败者。
Objective Know the effect of using the third generaton of IUD on contraception process of childbearing-aged women. Method Observe and interview the 176 clinical research cases in which patients failed to use the first and secend IUD and applied the third generation of IUD to contraception. Results In 6 months observation after the operation, it is found that there are 2 cases in which patiet terminate conception and no cases happen in which IUD drops spontaneously, conception with IUD and ectopic pregnancy happen.Conclusion GeneFiex IUD is suited to failures of using the first and second generation of IUD.
