摘要
为了能够动态、定量地显示振动表面的三维图像,本文提出了一种利用激光器阵列反馈干涉法测量振动位移,并通过微机动态显示振型的方法。实验系统对悬臂梁进行了实测,结果表明,本文提出的方法是正确的、可行的。
To display 3-D image of vibration surface with dynamic, in this paper a method is used to measure vibration displacement by means of the laser feedback interferemeter array, then the data are fed into a 32bit microcomputer, where digital signals are processed and vibration mode shapes are dynamically displayed. Some results from the measurement of a cantilever beam with the measuring and data processing system are shown that this method is correct and feasible, with important application prospect.
