离散状态下的不变矩算法研究

Research on Discrete Moment Invariances Algorithm

针对R.Y.Wong提出的不变矩算法在离散状态下并不具有比例不变性的情况,本文分析了比例因子对不变矩的影响方式,通过对矩特征实施归一化处理,提出了一种新的不变矩算法,使其具有比例因子不变性,又能保持平移和旋转不变性,并给出了实验结果。

As the scale invariance in discrete moment invariant algorithm proposed by R. Y. Wong is untenable, base on the analysis of the influencing form of scale factor on invariant moment, and treated with the normanization of moment characteristics, we proposed a new moment invariant algorthm in this paper with both scale, translation and rotating invariance. Experiment results are given too.
