摘要
科学的评估,必须有科学的理论作指导,并以科学理论为依据。高校教育评估是以马克思主义哲学、高等教育学、心理学、现代管理科学为理论基础,以教育测量学与教育统计学和应用数学为基础工具。上述与高校评估有密切关系的多门学科的基础理论,便构成了高校教育评估的理论体系框架。
Scientific evaluation requires scientific theory as guideline and foundation. Higher education evaluation is based on the Marxist philosophy, higher education, psychology and modern management science in theory, with educational surveying and educational statistics and applied mathematics as the basic research tools. The basic theories mentioned above have constructed the theoretical framework of higher education evaluation.
