摘要 以灵宝背靠背高压直流输电用120kV光控晶闸管换流阀为研究对象,应用现代电路理论的状态方程分析方法,求解了单阀在冲击电压激励下阀内电抗器和晶闸管的电压特性,并给出了仿真结果。试验结果表明,仿真研究是成功的。 To study the impulse voltage characteristics of the thyristor valves, state-equations are established. Testing result shows that computer simulation is successful. All of these are based on the dielectric tests of the light triggering thyristor valves to be used in Lingbao back-to-back link HVDC project.
