摘要 以自制的稀土改性固体超强酸SO2-4/TiO2/La3+为催化剂,通过酸醇直接酯化合成了季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA),研究了反应条件对产率的影响、催化剂的制备条件对其催化活性的影响,得到较佳工艺条件,并简单探讨了催化剂的表面组成特征及催化机理。结果表明:当酸醇摩尔比为3 5∶1,催化剂、阻聚剂用量分别为2%、1 5%(以酸、醇总质量计),甲苯用量为55%(反应物总质量计),120℃左右反应3h,产率可达78 5%;该固体酸催化剂可代替浓硫酸,是一种具有广泛应用前景的环境友好型催化剂。 The synthesis of pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA)catalyzed by a solid super acid SO^(2-)_4/TiO_2/La^(3+) was studied.The effects of the reaction condition on productivity rate and the catalyst preparation condition on the catalyst activity were investigated with optimal process conditions obtained.The features of the catalyst surface constitution and the catalysis mechanism were also briefly discussed.Experimental results show the recommended conditions are,ratio of acid to alcohol 3.5∶1,amount of catalyst,polymerization retarder and toluene were 2 %,1.5 % and 55 % respectively,reaction time 3 h at about 120 ℃,activation temperature of the catalyst 500 ℃,activation time 3 h,productivity rate 78.5 %。
