原花色素的类超氧化歧化酶活性的测定

Measurement of superoxide dismutase-like activity of proanthocyanidins

采用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定原花色素的类SOD活性,通过实验确定了适宜的测定条件为测定波长420nm;缓冲体系为Tris-HAc;邻苯三酚浓度为10mmol/L;pH值为8 2;Tris-HAc浓度为0 05mol/L,原花色素对邻苯三酚的自氧化抑制率达到92%。

Pyrogallol autooxidation method was used for measurement of SOD-like activity of proanthocyanidins. The proper conditions for this measurement was determined through experiment as following,detection wavelength of spectrophotometer,420 nm,buffer system,Tris-HAc,concentration of pyrogallol,10 mmol/L,pH 8.2,and concentration of Tris-HAc solution,0.05 mmol/L.The inhibition rate of proanthocyanidins against pyrogallol antooxidating achieved 92 %.
