摘要
以桐油和邻苯二酚为原料合成邻苯二酚-桐油树脂,对合成树脂进行红外光谱结构分析,并考察了树脂在常温、加热及催干剂条件下的成膜性能。结果表明, 邻苯二酚-桐油树脂具有天然生漆漆酚类似的特征功能基结构和性能,难以自干成膜,但可受热固化或在催干剂作用下聚合固化干燥成膜;由催化剂催化固化得到的邻苯二酚-桐油树脂涂膜外观色泽好,具有较好的硬度、附着力、耐冲击性,以及优良的热稳定性和耐化学介质性能。
The title catechol-tung oil resin is prepared by use of tung oil and catechol as raw materials, which characterized by IR analysis. The film forming performance of the resin at ambient temperature, heat and presence of catalyst is investigated respectively. It has shown that the catechol-tung oil resin shows similar structure and properties as the urushiol from natural wood lacquer, which is hard to be dried; but it can be dried forming film when heated or at presence of catalyst. The catalytic cured film shows good appearance, hardness, adhesion, impact strength and excellent heat stability and chemical resistance.
