摘要 以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯为单体,丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为功能单体,采用“单体两段滴加法+氨碱微”制备苯丙超微胶乳,通过正交实验考察了单体用量、预加单体量、乳化剂用量及单体滴加速度等对乳胶透光率的影初步研究了乳化剂用量及功能性单体丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯的配比对乳胶透光率及乳胶膜性能的影响。 The title emulsion has been developed based on styrene and butyl acrylate as reactive monomers and acrylic acid and hydroxy ethyl methacrylate as functional monomers by use of 'two-step monomer dropping + ammonium soda micronization' process. The influence of amount of monomers, precharged monomers, emulsifiers and dropping rate of monomers on light transmittance of emulsion is investigated by use of orthogonal tests. The influence of amount of emulsifiers, and the ratio of acrylic acid and hydroxy ethyl methacrylate on light transmittance of emulsion and film properties is also discussed.
