摘要
1988—1991年广西食品行业的产品评优工作中,我们在区标准计量局的支持下,运 用数理统计制定了评优的方法,作为广西地方标准实施。对感官评分的结果进行了一致 性检验、有效性检验和统计排队,使评比结果比较客观、合理,加强了评优工作的管理。
During the period of 1988 to 1991, we applied mathematical statistics to work out an appraising method for food products in Guang Xi. Our method minimizes the deviation of appraisal made by human senses and gives a fairer and reasonable appraisal it can also be used to test uniformity and effectivity of appraisal made by human sense.
