摘要
以双螺杆挤出机为反应器,探讨了硅烷交联高密度聚乙烯铝塑复合管专用料的加工工艺,对原材料处理 方式、造粒方式、接枝反应温度、挤出速度、接枝设备、交联时间、交联温度及交联制品厚度等进行了研究。在给定的 基本配方下,最佳的接枝和交联工艺为:①原料在80℃下热处理2h;②非反应段接枝温度130~190℃,反应段接枝 温度200℃,挤出机主机转速、喂料转速分别为140、20r/min;③接枝料在80℃下交联8h。按上述工艺制备的专用 料的综合性能与国外专用料性能相当。
The processing technology of special material for silane crosslinking HDPE/aluminum composite pipe was discussed by the twin screw extruder. The factors such as the disposal methods of raw materials, the methods of granulating, temperature of grafting, velocity of extrusion, the machineries of grafting, time and temperature of crosslinking and the thickness of crosslinking products were studied. The most suited technology of grafting and crosslinking under provided formula was as follows:1) the raw materials was treated at 80℃ for 2 h; 2) the grafting temperature of no reaction part was 130~190℃, the grafting part was 200℃, and the rates of extruders and feeding were 140 r/min and 20 r/min separately; 3) the grafting material was crosslinked at 80℃. The integrated properties of the special material corresponded with those of foreign relative special materials.
