摘要
考察了化学生物絮凝/悬浮填料床工艺处理低浓度城市污水的效果,并确定了最佳的运行条件.试验结果表明:在PAFC投量为70 mg/L(以Al2O3计为9.7 mg/L)、PAM投量为0.5mg/L、污泥回流比为33%左右、悬浮填料床气水比为2:1,以及化学生物絮凝池各廊道的DO值分别为1.9~3.2、1.3~2.5、0.3~1.5 mg/L的条件下,处理COD为105~255 mg/L、TP为1.56~7.97 mg/L、SS为60~228 mg/L、NH3-N为8.33~18.05 mg/L的城市污水时,对COD、TP、SS的去除率分别为75.8%、76.2%和90.6%,对NH3-N的去除率>85%.出水COD、TP、SS、NH3-N浓度均满足<污水综合排放标准>(GB 8978-1996)的一级标准.
Chemical-biological flocculation / suspended carrier bed process was used for treatment of low strength municipal wastewater in order to find the optimum operating parameter. The result shows that in the treatment of municipal wastewater with COD 105-255 mg/L, TP 1.56-7.97 mg/L, SS 60-228 mg/L, NH_3-N 8.33-18.05 mg/L under the conditions of PAFC dosage 70 mg/L (9.7 mg/L based on Al_2O_3), PAM dosage 0.5 mg/L, sludge return ratio 33%, air/water ratio 2∶1, and DO 1.9-3.2, 1.3-2.5 and 0.3-1.5 in each channel, the removal rate of COD, TP, and SS is 75.8%, (76.2)%, and 90.6% respectively, and NH_3-N removal rate is more than 85%. The effluent COD, TP, SS, and NH_3-N concentration meets I-class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard.
