摘要 用光学显微镜和图象分析仪研究了影响Gd_2O_3-UO_2芯块晶粒尺寸的因素。对烧结气氛、混料方式、芯块在烧结炉中的位置、以及在UO2芯块中添加U3O8、草酸铵和助烧剂(Al、Ti、V的氧化物)等给Gd2O3-UO2芯块晶粒尺寸带来的影响进行了研究。结果表明,球磨工艺、添加助烧剂和微氧化气氛烧结等都有利于芯块的晶粒生长,晶粒大小分布均匀;添加U3O8和草酸铵对芯块的晶粒生长无明显的影响。 The factors with effects on the grain size in Gd2O3-UO2 pellets have been investigated by metalloscope and image analyzer. We have investigated the effects on the grain size in Gd2O3-UO2 pellets due to the sintering atmosphere, blending methods, pellets position in sintering furnace, and additive U3O8, ammonium oxalate and oxides (Al, Ti, V) in Gd2O3-UO2 pellets. The results have shown that grain growth and grain size distribution homogeneity of Gd2O3-UO2 pellets were enhanced by mixing methods using ball process, additive of oxides (Al,Ti,V) and sintering of low oxidizing atmospheres. The effect of adding U3O8 and ammonium oxalate on the grain growth of pellets is not obvious.
