摘要
根据应用较为广泛的三相感应电动机调压调速的原理,本文应用现代可关断电力电子器件提出了一种仅针对 Y 型接法的三相感应电动机进行的调压调速方法——脉宽调压调速。分析了其工作原理,给出了实验结果。结果表明:Y 型接法三相感心应电动机采用此方法调压调速能使系统的电路结构简单、电动机运行时稳定、负载上的电压谐波分量小,系统响应快。可适用于泵类.风机类、起重机类等负载的拖动调速。并且此调压电路完全适用于所有的三相 Y 接对称性负载的调压应用中。
According to the principle of adjustable-voltage and adjustable-speed with three-phase induction-motor,this paper presents the strategy of pulse-width adjustable-voltage and adjustable-speed,a novel method of which only aimed at three-phase induction-motor in a wye-connection using the modern switchable power electronic:components.The working principle is analyzed and the experimental results are illustrated.The proposed method has the simple circuit configuration of system,motor running stabilization,little voltage harmunic components with load and quick system response.It is applied to drive system for such load as pump.fan and lift and adjustable-voltage system with three-phase symmetrical loads in a wye connection.
