In this paper,the way of making use of the deformation of overlapped board spring on car,ultrasonic-detector for measuring distance and MCU conversion to measure trucks load is introduced.The circuit is simple,highly accurate and installed easily.It's useful in controlling truck' load and supervising cargoes.Moreover the device can help reducing traffic accidents and protecting road surface.
