摘要
雷电是电子时代的一大公害。本文简述了大气过电压的三种形式,雷电行波的入侵途径及直击雷的防护等。重点针对单片机测控系统雷击时所暴露的问题,介绍了多处拦截、半浮空和泄放、屏蔽分流、接地4点防雷技术,该技术提高了系统抗雷电干扰的能力。
Lightening poses as a great threat in electronic industry.This article describes three forms of atmospheric over-voltage,as well the path of traveling-wave and protection for direct lightening striking.Based on the problems revealed when lightening stroking SCM measure- ment and control system,this article introduces four lightening protection techniques,including multi intercepption,half floating and discharging,shielding and dividing,and grounding,which greatly improve the system anti-lightening interference capability.
