摘要 对60例成人标本观测发现,腹主动脉叉左右侧分离角、曲率及髂总动脉口径有显著差异,为非对称性分叉管。血流动力学分析认为,其几何解剖特征可能是叉区动脉粥样硬化病变不对称分布的重要因素。 By observation and measurement on 60 cadavers, this study suggests that the abdominal aortic bifurcation is an asymmetrical one located in the left of the body midline. The left take-off angle of the aortic-common lilac artery is smaller than the right. The curvature of the left osculating circles at the bifurcation is larger than the right. The diameter of the right common iliac artery is larger than the left. Haemodynamic forces on the arterial wall in the abdominal aortic bifurcation were analyzed, based on the theory of fluid mechanics and experimental results. The analysis suggests that the geometric features may be one of the factors that are responsible for the predilection of the atherosclerotic lesion at some particular sites.
