摘要
介绍了利用Pro E对独立接链环在受力时进行刚度、强度分析和变形计算 ,通过指定设计参数 ,在给出变化范围内进行敏感度分析 ,并借助优化分析为模型寻求到最佳参数。模拟真实环境中的工作状况并对其进行判断和分析 ,尽早发现设计缺陷和潜在的可能失败 ,提前进行改善和修正 ,从而减少后期修改而付出的昂贵代价 。
This text introduces to make use of Pro/ E to carry on an analysis towards the independently link chain, such as stiffness and strength analysis and computing displacement. Within the scope of specify design parameter , we can carry on sensitivity analysis degree, with the help of optimization analysis to look for the best parameter for the model. Imitate the work condition within the true environment to judge and analyze, so as to discover design limitation and latent of possible failure as early as possible . Carry on the improvement and revise in advance, expect to reduce the expensive price of after revision and reduce the design period.
