摘要
我国不少煤矿由于建矿历史短 ,基础薄弱 ,机电管理存在职能部门作用不力、标准化工作开展不平衡、设备管理不到位、技术管理滞后、机电队伍素质低、机电培训走过场等问题。提高地方煤矿机电管理水平 ,具体途径需从基础工作做起 ,因矿制宜建立机电管理机构 ,切实抓好质量标准化工作 ,认真落实规章制度 ,做好设备的综合管理 ,突出机电管理的重点 ,提高机电队伍素质 ,明确机电工作指导思想 。
