在企业的投资、规划中 ,决策者通常面临多个方案 ,这些方案通常是由若干个指标给出。讨论了灰色关联分析原理 ,并给出了方案的评价方法 ,使得决策者在多个方案中选择优秀方案。
In the investment, programming of the enterprise, the decision maker can be confronted with several projects usually, these projects are to be given by some indexs. This paper discussed the principle of gray connection analysis, and gives the appraise method of plan, thereby the decision-maker to choose excellence plan in many plans. Has explained with examples the appraisal plan feasibility.
