摘要
我国加入世贸组织后 ,市场竞争日趋激烈 ,中小企业为了适应市场竞争 ,就要通过企业文化建设来提升企业竞争力。对我国中小企业的企业文化建设中存在的种种误区进行了科学的分析 。
With the increasing competition in marketp1ace after China's accession into WTO,medium and small sized enterprise have to improve entelprises’competitivity by the enterprise’s cultuiral construction to adapt to the market competition.This paper makes scientific analysis on the several misunderstod concepts concening the enterprise’s cultural construction of medium and small sized enterprise,and has put forward the basic train of thought of the cultural construction of small and medium—sized enterprises in the new century.
