摘要
运用动量矩定理研究 ,成功地建立了入口反旋强化扭带的自动清洗动力矩计算式。应用该计算式进行了以自转动力矩强化为目标的结构设计和优化试验及其工程应用研究 ,获得了重要的结果。其中 2 0 30型反旋强化轴承座的冲推力矩使 2 0 0 0mm长的扭带自转力矩增大 2 35 % ,能够显著地降低扭带自转流速要求 ,并且阻力只有 1.5kPa ,结构简单 ,成本低廉。该技术适于在 0 .9m s左右流速的传热设备中推广应用 。
This paper uses the theorem of the momentum moment to research the self-cleaning force moment of the twisted strip with inlet contrarotation bearing and get its calculation formula. Based on this formula, the important results are obtained such as the strip structure design with the aim of enhancing the force moment and the technology application in industry. The inlet contrarotation bearing (No. 2030) can make the self-rotating force moment of twisted strip (2 000) mm long increase by 235%. The needed flowing velocity is remarkably reduced to drive the strip. The flowing resistance is only 1.5 kPa. The structure is simple and the cost is low. This technology is suitable to be widely used in heat exchangers of flowing velocity of about 0.9 m/s. The effect is more notable when the heat transfer tube is not too long.
