摘要
自助式整体薪酬方案是一种整体性的系统方案,它把主要的薪酬部分汇拢在一起,从基本工资到反映员工个人需求的私人因素一应俱全,体现了灵活性和多样性,能够产生比传统薪酬体制更大的激励效应。自助式整体薪酬方案的实施要求在真正了解员工需求的基础上,充分挖掘企业的薪酬资源,并结合企业的实际大胆创新。
Self-assisted compensation solution is a kind of salary management system.It contains all aspects from base salary to employee' private needs.Which is also a flexible and diversified.So it could have better increntive effect than traditional salary management.How to build the salary institution we should really acknowledge the demand of employee,make full use of salary resource,and combine with the practice of enterprise to innovate.
