This paper expounds the essence of the Cooperative Learning and its basic modes in current situation.It also explores the relationship between Cooperative Learning and needs,attitude and motivation.In this light,this study lastly presents the application of Cooperative Learning into adult English teaching,which turns out to be more enjoyable,autonomous and beneficial.
