Problems on the Sustainable Development of Minority Economy in Western China

对当前西部民族地区经济发展如何推进新型工业化,利用后发优势以及尽快赶上先发展地区需要正确处理的新型工业化与产业结构升级;政府职能转变与新型工业化;产业结构调整与"后发展"优势;区际互补和市场经济;市场经济与可持续发展;加大扶持与自力更生;"治贫"与"治愚"及速度与效益这八个问题进行了研究。

This paper mainly focuses on the following eight problems:first,the role played by the economic development of western minority area to push forward the new type industrialization;second,the problem in the new type industrialization and industry structure upgrading while making use of post-development superiority to catch up with that of developed area;third,the transformation of the governmental functions and industrialization;fourth,the structural adjustment of trades and post development superiority;fifth,regional mutual imposing and market economy;sixth,market economy and sustainable development;seven,the increase of the support and self-dependence;eight,the eradication of poverty and development of education and profit and benefit.
