摘要
南方天然紫海胆经过暂养后,注射KCl溶液催产,受精卵在25.4℃海水中受精、发育,经过60天后海胆苗长到5mm以上,共剥离稚海胆30万枚,再经过90天左右培育,获得2cm左右的海胆苗16万。
The brooding purple sea urchin was injected with solution of potassium chloride after temporal culture to induce spawning.The fertilized egge developed into 300 thousand larvae of 5 mm for about 60 days of culturing under 25.4℃,and 160 thousand juvenile about 2 cm was obtained for another 90 days of rearing.
