摘要
团头鲂(Megalobrama amblycephala Yih)是鳊鲌亚科中的重要经济鱼类,现已成为国内淡水养鱼业的主要养殖对象之一。为提高团头鲂人工繁殖中的孵化出苗率和下塘成活率,本研究对其胚胎及胚后发育作了连续观察。根据形态和生态特点,作者认为当仔鱼发育至鳔雏形期就应及时下塘,孵化适温控制在18℃~27℃为宜。
Blunt snout bream (Megalobrama amblycephala Yih) is an important freshwater cultivated fish with high value in China, which belongs to subfamily Abramidinae in the taxonomy. In order to raise the incubating rate of egg and survival rate of fry, a continued observation on the embryonic and larval development Was conducted. It was found that fry should be stocked soon after the air bladder just appeared, according to the characteristics of its morphology and ecology. The suitable water temperature of artificial incubation should be controlled in the range of 18~27℃.
