摘要
实验结果表明,用均相离子交换膜电渗析处理铝制品洗白工艺中的漂洗废水时,对碱有良好的脱除与浓缩性能,回收 ltNaOH 的直流电耗在900~1300kWh。拆开电渗析器检查,阳膜无变化,阴膜个别张上有少量白色斑点。
The experiments showed that electrodialysis via homogenous ion—exchange membrane is capable of separating and concentrating the alkali when treating the waste water from the etching of aluminum manufactures.It cost about 900—1300 kWh for the recovery of It NaOH.The post—experiment examination showed that within the electrodialyzer,the cation exchange membrane had no change,and only individual anion exchange membrane had a few white stains.
