摘要
本文以新型材料含酚酞侧链的磺化聚芳醚砜为膜材料,成功地用一般相转化方法制得了能截留分子量在1000—30000之间的荷电型系列小孔超滤膜。考察了铸膜液和凝胶浴组成、温度及蒸发时间,温度等参数对膜性能的影响,并研究了膜的荷电性能及其与膜孔径以及膜分离性能之间的关系。
The SPES-C has been used as the membrane material in this paper.The influence of prepa ration condition,casting solution,additives components of gelating bath and electric properties of membrane ware been investigated.The charged UF membranes with 1000-30000 MWcut off have been successfully obtained by phase inversion method.
