摘要
本文研究乳状液膜法从废水中提取邻硝基酚,选择了液膜体系,考察了各种因素对提取率的影响。结果表明,以表面活性剂,磷酸三丁酯、民用煤油为膜相,氢氧化钠为膜内相组成的液膜体系,可加速传质过程,提高提取速率,比一般仅用煤油加表面活性剂组成的液膜体系,能缩短迁移时间4—5倍。一级提取率达98.4~99.2%。
This paper studies the extraction of o-nitrophenol from waste water with the emulsified liq- uid membrane method.A system of emulsified liquid membrane was selected.Factors affecting extraction efficiency for o-nitrophenol were studied.Experimental resulis showed that when the surfactant,TBP,kerosene were used as the membrane phase and NaOH solution as the internal phase of the membrame the emulsified liquid memehrane system of formed could accelerate the tranfer process of solute and raised the extraction rate.The efficiency of extracting o-nitrophenol by the system attained to 98.4—99.2%.
