摘要
提出一种分段积分的数字PID控制算法,在温控过程中根据测量值与设定值偏差变化,设置不同的积分系数,用MATLAB仿真分析说明该算法在改善温控过程的稳定性、响应速度和超调量等动态静态性能方面均优于常规PID控制。
A digital PID control algorithm with the piecewise-integrator is presented. The integral coefficient is adjusted by the deviation of measurement and set-point in temperature control process. MATLAB simulations show this algorithm is much better than the conventional PID algorithm in the respects of the dynamic-state and steady-state characteristics such as the stability, response speed,overshoot.
