在电力电缆管理系统软件的开发过程中,本文利用windows底层操作,实现了对存储于数据库中的文件的打开,并能把修改过的文档即时保存到数据库。使得用户在操作数据库中的文件时,感觉和操作磁盘上的文件一样。

While Programming the software of electric power cable management system, using windows kernel operation ,we can not only open the files stored in database but also save the modification into database in time. This technology mentioned above makes the users feel that they were disposing the files stored in disk when they are dealing with the files stored in database.
