一种基于PDIUSBD12芯片的USB接口实现方案

Research on application of USB interface

通用串行总线(USB)具有传输速度快、可靠性高、使用灵活等优点。作为一种通信接口规范,它被广泛地应用在PC外设和便携式系统中。PDIUSBD12是一种USB接口芯片。本文对PDIUSBD12的功能作了简要介绍,列举了一个利用80C51与PDIUSBD12相连的USB接口电路的设计实例,着重描述其硬件电路和接口芯片的固件设计。

Universal Serial Bus (USB), as a communication interface specification, is widely applied to external-device of PC and portable system. The advantages of USB are high transmission speed, high reliability and versatility in application. PDIUSBD12 is a kind of USB interface chip. The function of PDIUSBD12 is introduced briefly. A design example of USB interfaces circuit using a link between 80C51 and PDIUSBD12 is presented. In particular, the hardware circuit and the firmware design of the interface chip are emphasized in this paper.
