摘要
膜分离技术作为一门新兴的科学技术正在各行各业中得到越来越广泛的应用,本文根据膜法净化大庆天然气的实验研究,介绍了CTA膜脱除天然气中的水汽及硫化氢的效果,经膜处理后的天然气,硫化氢含量可降低47%,水露点下降17℃,同时也对该技术在天然气初加工行业中其它方面的应用前景作一展望。
This paper intruduces the effects on separation of vapor and sulfuretted hydrogen from Daqing natural gas with CTA membrane, according to experimental studies on purifying Daqing natural gas, by membrane method. Sulfuretted hydrogen content in the natural gas treated with CTA membrane can be reduced by 47% and the dew point at 17℃. The paper also gives some development prospects of the technology applying to other fields of the initial proeessing industry of natural gas.
