Study on the Function of State Capital

当前,理论界和实践界对国民经济布局和结构的战略性调整存在诸多争论,争论的本质实际上源自国有资本的功能定位。为此,本文首先研究了成熟市场经济条件下国有资本的功能,这是国有资本功能定位的基础;其次,分析了国有资本的变化与发展趋势,这有利于确定国有资本功能的调整方向;最后,结合中国的国情和国有资本的布局与结构探讨了我国国有资本的功能及其调整的途径和模式。

There are a good many disputes on the strategic adjusting distribution and structure of country economy in the theoretic and practice currently. The essence of the dispute comes from the function o-rientation of state capital. Therefore, it is firstly investigated that the function of state capital in the condition of perfectly market economy. Secondly, it is analyzed that the trends of change and development of state capital to confirm the adjusting orientation of state capital. Thirdly, it is discussed that the function and adjusting routes of the state capital in China to combine the situation of china and distribution and structure of the state capital.
