The purpose of R&d projects management is to ensure the returns of R&D projects by using resources as capital, time etc. This text puts forward the ideas and method systems of activity management of R&D projects, divides activity and analyses with value of R&D projects. Thus it makes the project administrator can resolve the project activity and control and optimize the project activity procedure flexibly and rationally by the optimization in value chain and progress.
