摘要 通过专家调查法及层次分析法,对广东省核电与火电的社会总成本进行了初步分析和研究,结果表明:虽然广东省火电的发电成本较核电为低,但是其社会总成本远远高于核电。作为清洁和新型能源,核电的发展在解决广东省一次能源匮乏的同时,也为优化广东省的能源结构及解决环境污染问题提供了新思路。 Through expert investigation and analytic hierachy process, this article makes preliminary analysis and research of total social cost between nuclear power and coal-fired power in Guangdong province, and its result shows that total social cost of coal-fire power is far higher than that of nuclear power although its generation cost is lower than that of nuclear power. As a clean and new energy, nuclear power development not only solves the problem of unrenewable energy insufficiency but also provides new ideas for optimizing the energy structure and solving the problem of environment pollution in Guangdong province.
