The technical risk assessment model based on the Puzzle method

当前技术所涉及的不确定因素日益增多,面临的风险也越来越多,为此需要对企业面临的技术风险合理的评价。针对这一问题,从分析技术风险所要考虑的因素出发,构建出评价指标体系,并运用模糊方法对技术风险进行综合评估,由此来得出技术风险所处的状态,为决策者决策提供有效的依据。

Risk is inevitable, so we must analyze carefully the positive effects and the negative effects of technology and strengthen the research of technical risk.In this paper,I analyze many kinds of technical risk,then establish risk assessment model,at last assess technical advantage with puzzle method.
