摘要
产品担保策略的制定,涉及到企业内部条件和外部环境多方面的因素,要制定一个好的产品担保策略是困难的,但它直接影响了市场占有率和企业的售后支持成本。从研究产品担保系统出发,比较了现有市场五大品牌产品的保证策略,针对我国电脑品牌产品担保的现状及其不足,提出了一些改进的对策和建议。
Involving many inside and outside factors, it is difficult to make an appropriate warranty policy. Different product warranty policies leads correspondently to different marketing results and different post-sale support costs. Based on studying product warranty system, this paper compares the different warranty policies of 5 brand computer manufacturers in Chinese market. Some suggestions have been given out to solve the problems with domestic computer manufacturers.
