论房地产开发企业核心竞争力的培育

The study on how to train the core competenceof real estate development enterprise

从我国房地产开发企业核心竞争力的构成和特征入手,探讨了房地产企业培育核心竞争力的方法,指出我国房地产企业只有培育核心竞争力,才能应对挑战,实现可持续发展。

Beginning with discussing the structure and characteristic of the core competence of real estate development enterprises of China, this paper does research on the feasible methods of cultivating the core competence of real estate development enterprises. The authors point out that real estate development enterprises should cultivate core competence in order to fierce furious challenges and realize sustainable development.
