摘要
在当今信息社会中,信息化通过各方面的作用推动了企业的发展并增强企业竞争力。深入分析了信息主管(CIO)在企业信息化中的产生过程及模型,阐述CIO的地位和职责,研究企业信息化对经营管理的作用,指出合格的CIO人才应具备的知识和能力素质,提出企业IT应用中CIO的创新作用及措施。
In today's information society, enterprise informationization will enhance the development through different aspects' actions in an enterprise and amplify its competitiveness. This paper thoroughly analyzes the generation and model of CIO in enterprise informationization, expounds the status and responsibility of CIO, and studies the effect of informationization on business administration. It discusses the knowledge and ability a CIO talent should possess, and it expounds initiative function of CIO in application of IT.
