摘要
本文应用投入产出理论思想构造了一个描述人力资本形成过程的理论模型 ,并讨论了计算域内人力资本价值总量的理论方法。从一个侧面阐述了 :研究复杂系统时 ,“整体论”解决认识问题 ,“还原论”
By using the input-output theory,this paper constructs a theoretical model about the formation process of human capital,and then discusses a theoretical way to calculate the aggregate value of human capital.In addition,the author argues that when analyzing a complex system,holism can solve the recognition problem while reductionism can be used to solve the measure problem.
