摘要 介绍氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法对饲料中镉的定量分析方法,样品干法灰化后用硫酸溶解,以二硫脲—四氯化碳去除离子干扰,最佳工作条件下,该法测定线性范围0~70ng/mL,加标回收率为90%~103%,RSD为2.24%~3.41%,最低检测限为0.15ng/mL,标准曲线相关系数为0.9996,该法具有精密度高、准确性好、检出限低等优点。 The hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was used for the determination of trace Cadmium in feedstuff.After cineration,the sample was solved in H2SO4.A linear relationship between analytical siganals and concentrations of Cadmium in the range of 0~70ng of Cd~2+ per mL of solution was obtained.Recoveries were in the range of 90%~103%and the values of RSD's were in the range of 2.24%~3.41%.The detection limit was found to be 0.15ng/L.The correlation coefficient of linear calibration curve with Cadmium concentration was 0.9996.
