摘要
介绍氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法对饲料中镉的定量分析方法,样品干法灰化后用硫酸溶解,以二硫脲—四氯化碳去除离子干扰,最佳工作条件下,该法测定线性范围0~70ng/mL,加标回收率为90%~103%,RSD为2.24%~3.41%,最低检测限为0.15ng/mL,标准曲线相关系数为0.9996,该法具有精密度高、准确性好、检出限低等优点。
The hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometric method was used for the determination of trace Cadmium in feedstuff.After cineration,the sample was solved in H2SO4.A linear relationship between analytical siganals and concentrations of Cadmium in the range of 0~70ng of Cd~2+ per mL of solution was obtained.Recoveries were in the range of 90%~103%and the values of RSD's were in the range of 2.24%~3.41%.The detection limit was found to be 0.15ng/L.The correlation coefficient of linear calibration curve with Cadmium concentration was 0.9996.
