Determination of Adenosine in Jingke Tiangen Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立金诃天根胶囊中腺苷的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法测定金诃天根胶囊中腺苷的含量。采用C_(18)柱,以0.05 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液-甲醇(90:10)为流动相,检测波长260 nm。结果:此方法线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.3%,RSD=0.79%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便,稳定,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。

Objective:To establish the determination method of adenosine in Jingke Tiangen capsule. Methods:The HPLC method was carried on C_(18) column,using 0.05 mol· L^(-1) Potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-methanol (90:10)as a mobile phase, detector was set at 260 nm. Results:The linearity of this method was good (r=0.9999) and average recovery was 100. 3% with RSD=0.79% ( n=5). Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and reliable for quality control of the capsules.
