摘要
本文介绍了用液相色谱-质谱联用技术中的选择离子质谱法对百草枯母液中的主要杂质4,4蒺-联吡啶的定量分析研究。结果表明:该方法对4,4-二联吡啶的最低检出极限为10pg。方法的标准偏差为0.0002,变异系数为4%,平均回收率为99.5%。
the SIR(Selected Ion Recording)technique of LC-MS was used for the quantitative analysis of 4,4'-bipyridibe,the primary impurity of paraquat.The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.000 2,the coefficient of variation was 4%,the recovery of the method was 99.5%,the minimum detection was 10 pg.
