摘要
本文所述采用symmetry250mm×4.6mmC18不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,以甲醇+水=70+30(V/V)为流动相,在同一色谱条件下对多菌灵和三唑酮进行液相色谱分离和测定。结果表明:多菌灵和三唑酮分析方法的标准偏差分别为0.1602、0.1472;变异系数分别为0.65%、0.83%;平均回收率分别为99.57%、100.21%;线性相关系数分别为0.9995、0.9990。
This paper introduced the quantitative analytical method of cabendazim+triadimefon WP by HPLC with symmetry C18 column using methanol+water=70+30(V/V)as mobile phase and UV detection.The coefficients of variation were 0.65% and 0.83%,the recoveries were 99.57% and 100.21%,the linear correlation were 0.999 5 and 0.999 0 respectively.
