摘要 员工职业发展主要是指员工的事业发展,它与员工个人发展和组织绩效都有十分密切的关系。 在员工职业发展进程中,员工会遇到生活压力、工作压力及社会压力等,这些压力既可能产生正面作用,也可 能产生负面影响,因此组织必须加强压力管理,促使员工个人职业发展与组织发展有机结合。
