摘要
探讨益髓解毒方对骨髓增生异常综合征难治性贫血 (MDS-RA)造血刺激因子和造血抑制因子的影响。通过Iscove's液体培养体系培养,观察MDS-RA患者骨髓单个核细胞经益髓解毒方不同剂量作用后,培养体系上清液造血刺激因子IL-3和造血抑制因子IFN -γ变化。结果:益髓解毒方大剂量组对IL-3和IFN-γ均有促进作用。提示:益髓解毒方有促进造血刺激因子和造血抑制因子恢复动态平衡的良性趋向作用。
To study the effects of “Yisui Jiedu Decoction” on hemopoiesis stimulating factor and hemopoiesis inhibiting factor, through Iscove's fluid culture the marrow single nuclear cell of MDS-RA patients was intervened by different dosages of “Yisui Jiedu Decoction”. The changes of IL-3 and IFN-γ were observed. Results: Large dosage of this Decoction affected the production of IL-3 and IFN-γ. It is showed that this Decoction can balance hemopoiesis stimulating factor and hemopoiesis inhibiting factor in a benign way.
