针刺治疗更年期综合征临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture in Treating Climacteric Syndrome

为观察针刺治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效, 88例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组。治疗组 45例采用针刺治疗,对照组 43例常规内服更年安片治疗,各治疗三个疗程。结果:治疗组的总有效率为 93.3%,对照组为 76.7%,P<0 05。提示针刺治疗更年期综合征疗效确切,且无副作用。

To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture in the treatment of climacteric syndrome, 88 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 45 cases were treated by acupuncture and control group in which 43 cases were treated with “Fugengan Tablet”, both for three courses. Results: The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 76.7% in control group, with a difference (P<0.05). It is revealed that acupuncture had positive effects on climacteric syndrome, with no side effects.
